Xbox Storm King controller for Gears of War: E-Day leaks at $89.99 with volcanic design

Microsoft appears to be preparing a new limited-edition Xbox controller, according to a fresh leak. Insider Billbil-kun, known for accurate product reveals, reported that the company will introduce the Storm King gamepad, themed after Gears of War: E-Day.
The source suggests an official announcement could come within the next two weeks, though no exact release date has been confirmed. The controller is expected to retail at $89.99.
The design, per the leak, features a dark palette: a cracked black and deep red finish resembling fractured volcanic rock. The left analog stick stays black, while the right stick and the X button are red. The D-pad, Xbox button, View, Menu, and Share buttons all get a blood-red color treatment.
Microsoft regularly launches special-edition controllers with unique designs tied to games, including the Breaker series and the High on Life 2 version. However, the company has not officially confirmed the Storm King yet, so the leak should be treated with caution.
