T-Bank opens third season of 'Mini-CEO' program: paid student projects with AI and top management

T-Bank has opened applications for the third season of its "Mini-CEO" career program, designed for university students and recent graduates. Participants will spend six months working on the company's projects under the guidance of its top managers. Applications are accepted until September 25, the company's press service told Habr.

The program invites students and graduates with experience in mathematics, analytics, programming, and machine learning. The selection process also considers prior internships, IT work experience, and involvement in launching personal startups. The program is paid.

This season's projects include developing a B2B marketplace, applying AI in marketing, building services for car owners and regional businesses, and expanding the travel ecosystem. Another focus area is creating AI-based solutions for working with external partners.

Since the program's launch, T-Bank has received over 13,000 applications. Last season, ten students participated, representing institutions such as the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Central University, Moscow Power Engineering Institute (MPEI), and Perm State National Research University. They delivered projects on raising financing through digital financial assets, developing factoring solutions, and building AI tools for market analysis and issuer evaluation.

The selection process includes multiple stages: submitting an application and completing a test assignment, a video interview with a recruiter, solving a business case with an in-person defense, and a final interview with a top manager.
