Sofirn SE1 Pro wrist flashlight gets CRI 90+, RGB light, and a lower launch price

Sofirn has announced the SE1 Pro flashlight, the successor to the SE1 model. The new device keeps the signature design with a magnetic attachment to a wristband, letting users wear it like a watch. The band includes a clip, and the light can be quickly detached when needed.

The weight has increased slightly from 0.71 oz to 0.74 oz, which is still lighter than most smartwatches, though the bulky shape makes it more noticeable on the wrist. The key changes are in lighting performance: instead of the warm light with a color temperature of 6,000–6,500K found in the previous model, the SE1 Pro uses neutral white light at 5,000K. The Color Rendering Index is now at least 90, while the company did not specify this metric for the older version.

The new flashlight is built around an RGBW tri-color LED, enabling red, green, and blue light from the front panel. However, the ultraviolet mode available on the SE1 has been removed. Maximum output reaches 300 lumens, but this level lasts only one minute before dropping to 70 lumens. The claimed runtime is up to 23 hours in Moonlight mode at one lumen for white light.

The built-in battery is non-replaceable and charges via USB Type-C. Sales are scheduled to start on August 13, 2026, with an initial price lower than that of the previous SE1. The company plans to release a detailed table with runtime specifications at launch.
