Motorola's moto buds 2 plus bring Bose-tuned sound to Ukraine for 3499 UAH

Motorola is expanding its accessories lineup in Ukraine, and following its smartphones, the company's new fully wireless earbuds, the moto buds 2 plus, have hit the local market. The model sits in the mid-budget segment but packs a spec sheet that looks impressive on paper: sound tuned by Bose engineers, active noise cancellation, Bluetooth 6.0 with support for the high-resolution LHDC codec, and up to 40 hours of total battery life. The price tag is set at 3499 UAH.

The charging case is made entirely of plastic with a matte finish, yet it doesn't feel cheap. The lid opens with a satisfying mechanism, the body doesn't creak when squeezed, and the overall build feels solid. On the bottom edge, there's a discreet pairing button, a USB-C port, and a small LED indicator nearby. The earbuds themselves are made of plastic in the same color as the case, but with a glossy finish. They carry an IPX54 dust and water resistance rating, so users can comfortably work out or get caught in light rain without worrying about damage.

Motorola hasn't put much effort into the design — the moto buds 2 plus look rather plain and could easily be mistaken for TWS earbuds from a dozen other manufacturers. That said, ergonomics are a strong point. The earbuds are lightweight, sit comfortably in the ears, and don't cause pressure or irritation even during extended listening sessions. The package includes three additional pairs of silicone ear tips in different sizes, so finding a snug and comfortable fit shouldn't be a problem for most users.
