iQOO Neo 11 Ultra packs 9000 mAh battery, launches August 10

iQOO has officially confirmed the upcoming debut of the Neo 11 Ultra, scheduled for August 10 in China. The device was previously rumored under the name Neo 11S, but the final branding has now been confirmed. The announcement was made by iQOO product manager Hui Huizi, though full specifications have yet to be released.

The standout feature is expected to be a roughly 9000 mAh battery, which would set a record for the entire Neo lineup. Certification from Chinese regulator 3C also indicates support for 100 W wired fast charging.

Benchmark listings from Geekbench suggest the phone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. The tested unit came with 16 GB of RAM and ran Android 16. Storage configurations are anticipated to include four variants: 12/256 GB, 12/512 GB, 16/256 GB, and 16/512 GB.

Additional rumored specs include a flat 6.83-inch OLED display with 2K resolution and an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The handset is also said to feature IP68 dust and water resistance. More details about the camera system and other features are expected closer to the official launch.
