Huawei MateBook Fold 2026 tops out at $4445 for 32GB RAM and 2TB storage

Sales of the Huawei MateBook Fold Extraordinary Master Edition 2026 have kicked off in China. The flagship configuration with 32GB of RAM and a 2TB drive is priced at $4445, which is roughly 361,000 rubles.

The key hardware upgrade is the Kirin X90 Plus processor, while the rest of the internals largely mirror last year's model. The device keeps an 18-inch foldable LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 3296 x 2472 pixels and a 4:3 aspect ratio. When folded, it takes up the footprint of a 13-inch laptop, with the screen operating at 2472 x 1648 pixels and a 3:2 ratio.

Flexibility is provided by a zirconium-based liquid metal hinge that supports multiple viewing angles. A retractable kickstand sits on the back. An 8MP front camera is built into the chassis, and the setup includes six speakers and four microphones.

Battery capacity remains unchanged at 74.69Wh. Wireless options cover dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and satellite connectivity. The laptop runs HarmonyOS 6.1 with a range of AI-powered features.

Three colorways are offered — Phantom Black, Radiant Gold, and Sky White — with vegan leather covering the rear panel. The base version with 24GB of RAM and 512GB of storage costs $3700 (about 300,000 rubles). The mid-tier model with 1TB goes for $4000 (roughly 324,000 rubles).

Last year's MateBook Fold Ultimate Design debuted in May, followed a few months later by the Master Edition. The 2026 model is now available through Huawei's official online store in China.
