A key event of the period was the acquisition of a 100% stake in insurer Credit Europe Life. The deal was fully funded from the holding's own resources. The insurer has operated in the market since 2007 and holds perpetual licenses for voluntary personal and property insurance. The group plans to keep Credit Europe Life's current insurance products while launching new insurance solutions for Svoy ecosystem clients.

Svoy Bank posted a 34% increase in net operating income to 1.1 billion rubles. Its loan portfolio expanded 68% to 18.1 billion rubles. The bank's assets now account for a third of the group's total assets.

Acquiring and BaaS operations are also showing positive momentum: the share of commission income rose to 23%, and the number of issued prepaid cards exceeded 1 million. Investment company Svoy Capital grew assets under management to 8 billion rubles, up 30%. The real estate portfolio includes over 20 properties worth more than 2 billion rubles, with completed projects yielding around 35% annually.
