Lenovo Lecoo Air 14 adds Core 3 and Core 5 options, stays under 1 kg with 16.8-hour battery

Lenovo has expanded its Lecoo Air 14 2026 lineup with two fresh configurations, both running on Intel silicon. The new models bring the Core 3 304 and Core 5 320 into the fold, joining the previously available Core 5 315 variant. The company has also recently unveiled a separate Lecoo 14 notebook powered by the Intel Core i5-13420H.

The entry-level Core 3 304 chip offers 5 cores and 5 threads, while the Core 5 320 and Core 5 315 both pack 6 cores and 6 threads. The base configuration ships with 12 GB of LPDDR5-5600 memory and a 512 GB NVMe SSD. The higher-tier version keeps the same RAM capacity but doubles the storage to 1 TB.

The laptop features an all-metal chassis that measures just 12.95 mm in thickness. At roughly 990 grams, it is impressively light for a 14-inch machine. For context, Lenovo also markets the 14-inch Slim 7i Aura Edition internationally, though that model uses a different Intel processor.

The Lecoo Air 14 sports a 14-inch LCD panel with a 1,920 x 1,200-pixel resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio. Typical brightness is rated at 300 nits, and the display covers the full sRGB color gamut. It also incorporates DC dimming to reduce screen flicker at lower brightness levels.

The keyboard comes with three adjustable backlight levels and 1.2 mm of key travel for a comfortable typing feel. Lenovo rates the battery life at approximately 16.8 hours under typical office workloads. The laptop ships with a 65 W USB-C power adapter, but it can accept charging input of up to 100 W for faster top-ups when a more powerful charger is available.

Connectivity is handled by three USB-C ports. Two of them support USB 5 Gbps data transfer, DisplayPort 1.4 video output, and USB Power Delivery of up to 100 W. The third port is limited to USB 5 Gbps. A standard 3.5 mm headphone jack is also included for wired audio.

The new configurations give buyers more choice in the ultraportable segment, particularly those who prioritize a light build and long battery life over raw performance. With the Core 3 304 as a budget-friendly option and the Core 5 320 for slightly better multitasking, the Lecoo Air 14 now covers a wider range of use cases, from basic productivity to more demanding office tasks. The all-metal body and slim profile add to its appeal as a travel companion, while the high-capacity battery and fast charging support help alleviate range anxiety during long workdays away from a power outlet.
