iQOO Neo 11 Extreme Edition surfaces with a 9,000 mAh battery in leaked photos

Photos of a sealed retail box for the iQOO Neo 11 Extreme Edition (至尊版) have surfaced online, confirming the device is a real product rather than a concept render. The images were shared by news aggregator Tech Home on X. While iQOO has not made an official announcement, the packaging with a retail barcode suggests the smartphone is ready for commercial release.

According to leaks, the Extreme Edition will sit at the top of the Neo 11 lineup and could feature a Dimensity 9500 chipset instead of the Snapdragon 8 Elite found in the standard model. Insider Digital Chat Station previously hinted at a new Neo variant, and other outlets tentatively called it the "iQOO Neo 11S." Expected specs include a flat 2K display with a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, a battery exceeding 9,000 mAh, 100 W wired charging, a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance.

The photographed unit shows a redesigned rear camera module compared with the standard Neo 11, with a twin-lens layout housed in a shared enclosure. Pricing and a launch date have not been announced. The standard iQOO Neo 11 launched in China in October 2025 at a starting price of CNY 2,599 (roughly $385), and the Extreme Edition is expected to be positioned as a higher-tier option within the same series.
