Hyundai’s 65-inch 4K TV costs just $550 — and it doesn’t cut corners

Hyundai has introduced the H-LED65BU7011 television, featuring a 65-inch diagonal and 4K resolution. Priced at around 50,000 rubles (approximately $550) in 2026, the set falls squarely into the budget segment. Despite the low cost, a detailed examination reveals no major flaws commonly associated with inexpensive large-screen TVs.
The BU7011 series offers a wide range of screen sizes, from 43 inches up to an impressive 85 inches. All models use VA-type LCD panels with 4K resolution, but lack advanced hardware or software features. The operating system is GoogleTV, providing a familiar smart TV interface.
In terms of design, the television is a utilitarian black rectangle with surprisingly thin bezels. The bottom bezel is slightly thicker than the ones on the sides and top, but it does not create a prominent "chin" effect. The chassis thickness is 64 mm, which is substantial but still allows for wall mounting or placement on a stand. The panel weighs 14.6 kg, which is reasonable for a 65-inch model.
