DCLogic and Gmonit combine platforms to forecast capacity and cut IT costs

System integrator DCLogic and observability platform developer Gmonit have started integrating their products, Infrabase and Gmonit. The companies have already signed a memorandum on technological and strategic partnership, DCLogic said.
The integration involves two-way data exchange. Gmonit will supply Infrabase with data on application, infrastructure, and digital service performance. This will enable resource load analysis, computing capacity forecasting, and optimization recommendations. In the other direction, analysis results and recommendations from Infrabase will be used in Gmonit to assess service health and plan infrastructure development.
Engineers from both companies are currently working on integration design, interaction architecture, and load testing of the joint solution. Once testing is complete, the product will be available for commercial deployment.
According to DCLogic CEO Evgeny Shelestyuk, modern observability, accounting, and forecasting tools should help make infrastructure development decisions. The integration will move from monitoring to intelligent computing resource management, giving customers more accurate capacity planning and lower operating costs.
Gmonit notes that observability goes beyond monitoring, turning observational data into a strategic asset. For IT directors, the key challenge is justified cost optimization for infrastructure based on objective data.
