CNews FORUM 2026: Russian Minister Shadayev and Top CIOs Confirmed as Speakers

CNews has announced the start of preparations for the eighteenth CNews FORUM, scheduled to take place on November 11, 2026, in Moscow. The event is recognized as the largest independent platform in Russia for bringing together IT executives from businesses and government agencies.
Last year's forum drew more than 1,800 IT directors from Russian enterprises, representatives of state bodies, and leading ICT companies. Registration for the 2026 edition is already open, and organizers say the speaker list is being updated daily.

The forum serves as a key annual meeting point for CIOs, digital transformation leaders, and technology vendors, offering a venue for discussing the most pressing issues in the Russian ICT sector.
