Phantom Blade Zero pre-orders open August 11, launch set for October 29

Pre-orders for the action-RPG Phantom Blade Zero will go live on August 11 at 7 PM PT, which is 2 AM GMT on August 12. Developer S-GAME announced the date via the game's official X account. The title will be available for pre-purchase through the PlayStation Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. Xbox owners, however, may have to wait longer — unofficial reports suggest the game won't hit the Microsoft Store this year.

A brand-new 11-minute trailer is set to debut alongside the pre-order launch. S-GAME confirmed that development on Phantom Blade Zero is fully complete, making the video the last major showcase before release. The game arrives on October 29 and is widely regarded as one of the most anticipated titles of the year in its genre.

S-GAME CEO Soulframe previously hinted at a presentation during Sony's State of Play event. The exact date of the show remains unconfirmed, though rumors point to early September. A public demo, meanwhile, looks unlikely: past statements from the studio suggest all efforts are now focused on polishing the final build.
