MeLE Quieter HD: $450 mini-PC with triple display support and dual storage bays

MeLE, a maker known for its compact computers sold on Amazon, has introduced the new Quieter HD model powered by an Intel N150 processor. The device is now available to order directly from the manufacturer, with the base price set at $450. That entry-level configuration includes 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in eMMC storage.

Several configurations are on offer: a version with a 256 GB drive, plus a top-tier model featuring 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage for $649. The final price may rise due to exchange rate fluctuations and payment provider fees, so buyers should factor those in before committing.

Despite its modest footprint of 105.4 x 150 x 39.6 mm, the chassis accommodates two storage drives at once: an M.2 2280 SSD and a 2.5-inch hard drive or solid-state drive up to 9.5 mm thick. This dual-drive arrangement is uncommon for mini-PCs of this size, making the unit a practical pick for running a home media server.

Video output is handled by two HDMI 2.0 ports and a single DisplayPort 1.4 connection, enabling simultaneous use of up to three monitors. The port selection also includes three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A connectors, two USB 2.0 ports, and a microSD card slot. Networking is covered by Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 5.
