Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls PC Patch Fixes Frame Rate Drops and CPU Load

The fighting game Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, launched in late July 2026, drew a wave of complaints from players. Users reported issues with PlayStation's online services, as well as performance problems on PC that affected both owners of brand-new high-end rigs and those with aging hardware.
In response, PlayStation and Arc System Works have released an update for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls aimed at addressing the reported issues. According to the patch notes posted on Steam, the August 10 update introduces several fixes intended to improve game stability.
The developers state that CPU usage has been reduced through a series of optimizations. The patch also fixes a bug where continuous audio device scanning caused random frame rate drops. Additionally, several glitches that led to low FPS at certain screen resolutions have been corrected.
This release comes as a direct response to the numerous complaints that flooded online spaces shortly after the game's debut. Now, according to the developers, these issues should be resolved, which is expected to enhance the overall experience on personal computers.
