Intel Names Dean Jarnac as New Chief Sales Officer

Intel has appointed Dean Jarnac as executive vice president and chief sales officer. He will lead the company's global sales organization, which is responsible for strengthening customer relationships and go-to-market execution across the entire product portfolio, from client and data center solutions to AI, networking, and ASICs.
Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan said customer focus and execution are central to the company's strategy and future success. He described Jarnac as a proven leader with deep industry connections and a strong track record of building high-performance sales teams. His customer-first mindset, operational discipline, and extensive semiconductor experience will help Intel deepen partnerships and accelerate growth across the business.
Jarnac joins Intel from Broadcom, where he served as senior vice president and general manager of the ASIC division. Previously, he held positions at Xilinx, Marvell, and LSI Corporation. He assumes his new role with immediate effect.
The appointment comes at a pivotal time for Intel, which continues its restructuring under Tan, who took the helm in March. The change in sales leadership is part of broader personnel moves aimed at restoring the company's position in the chip market.
