Horseshoe-shaped apartment block with Belarusian ornament to rise in Dzerzhinsk from 4,500 rubles per square meter

An unusual residential complex is set to appear in Dzerzhinsk, a satellite city of Minsk: a monolithic building shaped like a horseshoe, featuring decorative Belarusian ornament on the facade and panoramic glazing on the front side. The developer is UKS of Dzerzhinsky District, and construction is scheduled to start in September 2026.

The site is located almost in the city center, at the intersection of 1st Leninskaya and Minskaya streets, opposite the Brataskoye cemetery. The building will comprise three sections: a central one with 9 floors and two side sections with 7 floors each. Ground levels will include stroller rooms, storage closets, and ten commercial spaces intended for rent to shops or service businesses.

The project includes 102 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Ceiling height is set at 3 meters, bringing the property close to comfort-class standards. All apartments will be sold on the open market, available to anyone interested. The price per square meter is announced at around 4,500 rubles.

The courtyard will be landscaped with greenery, small architectural features, and playgrounds for children and sports. This development stands out in Dzerzhinsk due to its distinctive design and focus on both aesthetics and functional layout, departing from typical mass housing solutions.
