Google Pixel Watch 5 specs leak in full: 64GB storage and 3000-nit display ahead of August 12 debut

The Pixel Watch 5 launch, expected on August 12, has almost no surprises left: leakers from MyMobiles and Dealabs have published the complete spec sheet for the device, filling in every remaining gap. The most striking takeaway is that changes from the previous generation are minimal.

According to the leak, the Pixel Watch 5 features a 360 LTPO AMOLED Actua display with 320 ppi density and a peak brightness of 3000 nits. Power comes from an accelerated Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 chip paired with a Cortex-M55 coprocessor. Built-in storage doubles from 32 to 64 GB. The watch runs Wear OS 7.0 with Gemini Intelligence capabilities.

Two case sizes are offered, 41 mm and 45 mm, with a thickness of 12.3 mm. The smaller model weighs 31 grams, the larger one 36.7 grams. Battery capacities are 332 mAh and 465 mAh, respectively. The front is covered by custom 3D Gorilla Glass 5.

Wireless and navigation features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, NFC, 4G LTE, and satellite SOS. Water and dust resistance is rated at 5 ATM and IP68. Sensors comprise an optical heart rate monitor, blood oxygen meter, ECG, skin temperature sensor, altimeter, barometer, and compass.

The main upgrades over the Pixel Watch 4 are the doubled storage and a slightly larger battery. The processor remains the same, though the source claims it is now faster. That looks modest next to rivals: the Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 already run on the brand-new Snapdragon Wear Elite chipset.
