Developer KOLDI to issue 50 million rubles in digital assets at 22% yield

KOLDI Group, a developer operating in residential, commercial and industrial real estate, is preparing a second issue of digital financial assets. This time, the placement will take place on the Token platform. Proceeds will go toward expanding the land bank, growing the project portfolio and entering new market segments, representatives of the platform told CNews.
The issuer is Talven LLC, the group's parent company. The developer had previously tried its hand at the digital assets market: the debut placement in December 2025 was deemed successful, prompting the company to make another move. KOLDI also continues to raise capital through bonds on the Moscow Exchange, making digital assets another element of its financial strategy.
The new issue is capped at 50 million rubles, with each digital asset priced at 1,000 rubles and a one-year circulation period. Investors are promised a yield of 22% per annum.
KOLDI's capital management director Yulia Shchedrina said that entering the digital assets market is a natural continuation of the company's strategy to diversify its financial instruments after a successful bond placement a year earlier. According to her, digital assets allow faster fundraising with fewer administrative procedures, which is critical for development projects with tight deadlines. The company aims to offer investors a transparent and reliable instrument with attractive returns.
Token CEO Igor Egorkin noted that interest in digital assets from the real sector is steadily growing, especially among issuers already familiar with the traditional debt market. The new KOLDI issue, in his view, confirms that digital financial assets have become a full-fledged fundraising tool for domestic developers. The platform, Egorkin added, provides the necessary infrastructure for all market participants.
